This relaxed group of fun-loving butterfly enthusiasts has members of all levels of knowledge and experience, the organization is a non-profit one which promotes
non-consumptive recreational enjoyment and study of butterflies.
Field trips during 2003 are scheduled May 17 in Box Canyon, June in the White Mountains, July 21 at Mt. Graham, August 24 at Catalina State Park, September 20 in Garden Canyon, October 19 in Cochise County, and Nov. 8.
Please note that field trips are subject to change with weather conditions. Organizers urge participants to dress for the field with sturdy shoes, a hat, water, close-focus binoculars, sunscreen and lunch. A donation of $5 per person to benefit SEABA will be appreciated.
Meetings are free, and they're held in the education building at Tucson Botanical Gardens (2150 North Alvernon Way) at 7 p.m. on May 20, Sept. 16, October 21 and November 18.
